Korean sundaes.

What are you staring at?

After scooting around on mini-bikes, we were pretty hot and in need of some refreshment. Kirsty and Hels led us to the perfect spot--a Korean ice cream shop. They had recently discovered the Korean form of ice cream sundaes--pap bin su. The dish is layered with crushed ice, fresh fruit, ice cream, whipped cream, small cookies, and red beans (though mine was banana pap bin su and it didn't have red beans!). A little bit different from a regular sundae, but it was actually quite tasty and cooled us down immediately. Woo hoo! It's officially summer :)
