Our newest addition.

When we first arrived, I was a little disappointed to find that we didn't have a couch. Regular chairs or beds aren't the same for curling up with a book or watching a movie. However, I knew if we ever purchased a new one, it'd be a trick getting it up 7 flights of stairs! So imagine our excitement when we spotted this little orange beauty out on the curb one night. Koreans are notorious for wanting things new. If there's any slight defect, they will throw out the imperfect item. And true, the couch is 70's orange and looks like a giant orange leather crab...but hey...it's free furniture! So we lugged it a couple blocks home (thankfully it fit in the elevator) and added it to our living room decor. Can you spot the defect? :)

We also ordered our first pizza here and had it delivered. We ordered from Mr. Pizza, whose slogan is "Made For Women". It even says so on the box. We ordered a large with pepperoni, which came with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, and ham (Koreans don't do single-item pizzas). It was about the size of an American medium, and was ridiculously overpriced, but it was tasty. Oh, and all pizzas here come with pickles on the side.
